The Spirit of Nations Powwow on Aug. 11 at Chilhowee Park in Knoxville will include American Indian dancing, arts and crafts, Indian tacos, face painting, a silent auction, an Aztec dance demonstration and more.
Organizers say the activities will be fun and educational for the entire family. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday. Cost is $5 for adults and $1 for children. Children ages preschool and under are admitted free.
Activities will take place at the Jacob Building in Chilhowee Park, 3301 East Magnolia Ave. in Knoxville.
