The Morristown Hamblen Humane Society will hold a car, truck and motorcycle show from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18 at the society’s facility at 300 Dice St., off West Morris Boulevard. Registration will be held from 7:30 a.m. to noon for $20. Judging starts at noon. Awards will be given out at 3 p.m.
Awards will include: Top 20, Best of Show, 1980 and Up, 1979 and Down, Best Import, Best Rat-Rod, Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine, Classic Vehicle 1985 and Prior, Best Original Antique, Top 5 Motorcycles and more.
Specialty trophies, “Special Animal Shelter Picks,” include: Maizey’s Pick, Lewie’s Pick, Randy’s Pick, Shelter Pups Pick, Shelter Cats Pick, “The People’s Choice,” Womens Choice, Kids Choice, Club Affiliation, Under Construction and Long Distance.
Entertainment, door prizes and goody bags for registered entries will be available, along with a duck pond, fishing and other children’s activities.
Adoption specials will be available all day. A limited quantity of free spay or neuter certificates will be given out.
