Rev. Johnny David Mills, age 82, of Jefferson City, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. He was honored to serve in the United States Air Force. He was a member or Holston Memorial Baptist Church and was honored to serve as Pastor to several area churches.

Ruth Ann (Bryant) Rogers

Ruth Ann (Bryant) Rogers, age 84, of Morristown, TN, born on August 17, 1941 and went home to be with the Lord on May 3, 2026, at her home, surrounded by family. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026 at Sartain Springs Missionary Baptist Church. The body will lie in state one hour prior to funeral service. Interment services will follow in the church cemetery.

Dorothy Evelyn Moore Dearing

Dorothy Evelyn Moore Dearing, age 92, of Jefferson City, moved to her heavenly home on Monday, May 4, 2026. The family will receive friends from 11:00 -12:30 Saturday, May 9th at First Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 at the church. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
