Boyd Franklin Carpenter, age 73, of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. No services will be scheduled. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.

Wilson C. Hain, age 84, of Morristown, passed away Friday, July 24, 2026 at Serenity Hospice House. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 28th at Manley Baptist Church. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 29th at Hamblen Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.

Joseph Lynn Martin, age 66, passed from this life on July 3rd, 2026 at Alive Hospice Nashville, Tennessee. Joe was born in White Pine and raised in Hamblen County. At the time of his birth, he was the largest baby, 14.6 lbs, ever born at Allen Baker Clinic. He was preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Pauline Deniston Martin, son Joseph Charles Martin, daughter Sara Martin.

Christopher W. House, age 56, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Heritage Center. No services will be scheduled. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, LaVonda McKinney Knight, on July 20, 2026 at the age of 84. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched everyone who knew her. Mom dedicated her life to caring for her family and creating a home filled with love, laughter, and support.

Angela Marie Lawson, age 66, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Morristown- Hamblen Healthcare System. When she was able, she attended Church of God.

Helen Long Bible, age 94, a resident of Jefferson Park Nursing Home in Dandridge the last nine years and formerly of Morristown, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
