RUTLEDGE – One day after picking up a season-opening win at Morristown East, the Grainger Lady Grizzlies couldn’t sustain the momentum as Cocke County rolled to a 13-1 victory Tuesday afternoon.

There were hits aplenty for the Lady Red as Adisen McNealy had two doubles and drove in four runs for the home team. Shakyra Reed connected on a homer. Hailee Hartsell notched the win for Cocke County as she struck out four Lady Grizzlies.

Grainger fell behind 8-1 in the first two innings and Cocke County added five runs in the third to close things out.
