Man known for racially derogatory livestreams charged with attempted murder after Tennessee shooting

CLARKSVILLE (AP) — A man who goes by 'Chud the Builder' and livestreams himself saying racially derogatory statements to Black people in public settings was arrested and charged with attempted murder after a shooting outside a Tennessee courthouse on Wednesday, authorities said.

Grainger County School board member Blanken indicted on statutory rape charges

A Grainger County School board member who also served as a substitute teacher has been indicted following charges of an inappropriate relationship with a teenager Steve Blanken - who represents District 2 - was arrested in February after allegations arose about an inappropriate relationship with a child arose. The alleged incident occurred in Blanken’s vehicle which was parked at a remote location.
