Three Lakeway Area students named to Samford Spring Dean’s List
Samford University recognized 2,408 students named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2026 semester.
To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have earned a minimum 3.5 gradepoint average out of a possible 4.0 while attempting at least 12 credit hours of coursework. The Dean’s List is the highest academic recognition given by the school at the end of each semester.
Lakeway Area students named to the list include Ethan Bullock, of Andersonville; Sara Rankin, of Morristown and Lillie Inman, of Talbott.

Nicholas Grimaldi Named to College of Charleston’s Spring 2026 President’s List
Nicholas Grimaldi, of Morristown, was named to the College of Charleston Spring 2026 President’s List. Grimaldi is majoring in Exercise Science.
To qualify for the President’s List (Highly Distinguished), students must earn a GPA of 3.800 or higher and complete a minimum of 12 semester hours.

Lakeway Area Students named to UM Global Campus Dean’s List
Four Lakeway Area students are among more than 20,000 University of Maryland Global Campus students named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2026 term.
To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC.
Lakeway Area students named to the Dean’s List were: Thomas Bazor, of Morristown; Brandon Fordham, of Jefferson City; Oscar Gotay Vega, of Morristown; and Anthony Tumbarello, of Mosheim.
