Lacy Coffey named 4-H Hamblen June Dairy Month Chairman

Lacy Coffey, who is the 2026 Tennessee Junior Jersey Princess, has been named as the 4-H June Dairy Chairman for Hamblen County.

Lacy has been active in her dairy project in 4-H, the Tennessee Junior Jersey Cattle Club and the American Junior Jersey Association. Lacy has won numerous awards exhibiting her jerseys at various county fairs, the Tennessee State Junior Jersey Show and the All-American Junior Jersey Show.

She has also won other awards including production awards at the state and national levels.

Lacy is quite active in extracurricular activities at school and in church activities as well.

She will kick off June Dairy month on Tuesday, June 2, at Cruze Farms in Morristown. he will have one of her Jersey cows, Future, with her from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. and invites everyone to stop by and see them and have some great ice cream. Cruze Farms will donate part of the proceeds from the sale of ice cream to the Tennessee Junior Jersey Cattle Club. Be sure to mention the Junior Jerseys when purchasing your ice cream.

Lacy will also be at Morristown Milling Company on Juneteenth, Friday, June 19, 2026. She will be serving homemade ice cream starting at noon. Be sure to stop by.

On Monday, June 29, Lacy will be at the Hamblen County/Smoky Mountain Farmer’s Co-op on Morris Boulevard from noon to 2 p.m. where she will be serving ice cream sundaes.

Everyone is invited to stop by and have a sundae.
