Kevin S. Espinoza, 24, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 27 with Non-Support/Flagrant Non-Support.

Jeffrey A. Jarnigan, 46, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 27 with Assault and Vandalism.

Henry C. McGowan, Jr., of Morristown, was charged Oct. 28 with Theft of Property.

Henry W. Atkins, 52, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 27 with Non-Support/Flagrant Non-Support.

Jonathan E. Atkins, 19, of Newport, was charged Oct. 27 with Schedule II and VI Drug Violations; Public Intoxication; Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Meth; Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance; Resisting Arrest and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Matthew B. Durnell, 30, of Knoxville, was charged Oct. 27 with Public Intoxication and Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Raymond L. Gregg, 53, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 26 with Schedule I Drug Violations and Criminal Impersonation.

Dominic C. Keller, 32, of Newport, was charged Oct. 26 with Domestic Assault.

Juan M. Ochoa-Ramos, 48, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 27 with Domestic Assault.

Daniel S. Turnpaugh, 36, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 26 with Theft of Property.

NEWPORT

Chad T. Black, 34, was charged Oct. 27 with Criminal Trespassing.
