Rodney Jackson age 62 of Morristown, went to be with his heavenly Father August 14th at U.T. Medical Center.

A faithful 25-year member of Fairfield Baptist Church and masonic member of Tate Springs Masonic Lodge, he is survived by his Wife, Jeannie Jackson; father, Jimmy Jackson; daughter Katie (Eric) Priestwood of Knoxville; grandsons, Jackson & Harrison Priestwood of Knoxville; sister, Myrna (Donald) Wolfe of Mooresburg; and nephew, Philip Wolfe.

Funeral Services will be at 7PM Thursday August 17, 2023 at Fairfield Baptist Church Morristown, with Rev. Scott Helton, Rev. Curtis Seal and Rev, Perry Davis officiating. The family will receive friend from 5PM to 7PM prior to services.

Pallbearers will be Eric Priestwood, Terry Norton, Bennie Rhoades, Donald Wolfe, Paul Day, Glenn Rich, Roy Dale Rich, and grandsons. Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Morrow and Anthony Jones.

Graveside Services will be at 11:00AM Friday, August 18, 2023 at Hamblen Memory Gardens.

In Lieu OF Flowers, donations can be made to Fairfield Baptist Church (4480 Old Kentucky Road – Morristown Tennessee 37814). The family would like to give a very special thanks to UTMC, NCC staff, Dr Rider, Dr Killeffer, and Dr Hanna.
