Belmont Unversity Announces Spring 2023 Dean’s List

The following students achieved the Dean’s List at Belmont University for the Spring 2023 semester. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours (exclusive of audit and pass/fail courses this semester) and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C (inclusive of audit, pass/fail courses and zero-credit courses): Karlie Souder of Newport, Harrison Sampson of Newport, David Needs of Talbott, Ryleigh Goodman of Morristown, and Alaina Graham of Tazewell.

Located two miles from downtown Nashville, Tennessee, Belmont University comprises nearly 9,000 students from every state and 33 countries.

Local Bethel University Students Earn Academic Recognition

Each semester, Bethel University recognizes students enrolled in its College of Arts and Sciences who have excelled academically by naming them to the Dean’s List or Honor Roll.

Cindy Mallard, Vice President and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, has indicated that local students have achieved these designations for the spring 2023 semester.

To qualify for the Honor Roll, undergraduates must have completed 12 or more hours of academic coursework in the College of Arts and Sciences with a grade point average of 3.7 or above and no grade lower than a C.

Lee University Announces Dean’s List for Spring 2023

CLEVELAND Lee University congratulates students who earned Dean’s List honors during the Spring 2023 semester. Dean’s List recognition is earned by full-time students with a semester grade point average between 3.7 and 4.00.

Jinks graduates from Auburn

Jacob Jinks, son of Gregg and Erin Jinks, from Athens Alabama recently graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical Sciences.

He plans to become a pharmacist and will attend Auburn’s Harrison School of Pharmacy this fall. Jacob is the grandson of Mark and Donna Stewart of Morristown, Deborah Fields and the late Jim Fields of Ft. Worth, Texas.

Great grandparents are Ms Leona McGuire, Mr Ronald Stewart and the late Martha Stewart also from Morristown. Jacob’s dad, Gregg, is formally from Morristown and graduated from West High.

Evelyn Lopez of Morristown, was named to dean’s list at Olivet Nazarene University

Evelyn Lopez, of Morristown, was named to the dean’s list at Olivet Nazarene University during the recently completed spring 2023 semester. To qualify for inclusion on the dean’s list, a student must have been enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student and must have attained a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.00 grading scale.

Olivet Nazarene University is an accredited Christian, liberal arts university offering more than 140 areas of undergraduate and graduate study, including the Doctor of Education in ethical leadership.

Jefferson City’s Allum enrolls in University of Kentucky College of Arts & Sciences

Samuel Allum of Jefferson City, TN, recently enrolled in the University of Kentucky College of Arts & Sciences for fall 2023 with a prospective major of Undeclared/Exploratory Studies in AS.

SNHU Announces Winter 2023 Dean’s List

It is with great pleasure that Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) congratulates the following students on being named to the Winter 2023 Dean’s List. The winter terms run from January to May.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 for the reporting term are named to the Dean’s List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer.
