William Frank Keister, Jr., age 86, of Jefferson City, formerly of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Jefferson City Health and Rehab. He was a member of Calvue Baptist Church, a long-time employee of George’s Market and Buffalo Trail Supper Market.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Frank and Ida Bell Ramsey Keister, Sr; brothers, Charles, Buddy, Robert, and Bobby; wife, Doris Keister; daughter, Ella Louise Hill; step-daughter, Sharon Guinn.

He is survived by his son, Mike Keister of Morristown; daughter, Debbie Keister of Moshim; granddaughter, Brittani (Ricky) Eiesle; great-granddaughter, Emily of Illinois.

The family will receive friends Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 3 – 5 P.M. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. Family and friends will meet at Hamblen Memory Gardens Monday, April 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. for a graveside/interment service.

The family would like to thank the staff at Jefferson City Health and Rehab and Gentiva Hospice for everything they did for William.
