Kevin Andrew Devotie, age 45, born September 6, 1977, of Whitesburg, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rev. Paul and Mary Devotie and Grover and Dexter Hayes.

He is survived by his parents, Paul and Peggy Devotie; brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Allison Devotie; nephews, Christian, Preston, Richie, and Zach Devotie and Rodney and Logan Moss; uncles, J.C. (Ann) Patterson and Clarence Hayes; special niece, Tammy Davis; and several special nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. Thursday, January 19th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Carl Downey and Rev. Kenny Davis officiating.

Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Friday, January 20th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.
