Jeferson County authorities are looking for a man in connection to an alleged Dandridge arson fire that destroyed a home Tuesday morning.

Tuesday morning at 5:30 a.m., authorities were dispatched to a house on Gunter Hollow Road in Dandridge. A witness said they saw Jeremy Ball, 45, set fire to the resident and then leave on a motorcycle, possibly in the direction of Newport.

The home was destroyed and a camper and two vehicles were either damaged or destroyed in the alleged arson.

A warrant charging Ball with Aggravated Arson has been issued.
