Housewright

Beulah Mae Housewright, age 84, of Jefferson City, passed away Friday, May 8, 2026 at her residence.

She was a member of Friendly View Baptist Church. Beulah was a selfless person who would give you the shirt off her back and do without to make sure her family had everything they needed.

She enjoyed traveling with Jennifer and loved going out to eat. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Housewright, her parents, Ed and Martha Hoard; brothers and sisters, Betty Coffey, Nell Bryan, David Hoard, and Ray Hoard; half-sisters, Lillian Harville, Ruth Potter, and Ola Shipley; and great-grandchild, Kenzlee Housewright.

She is survived by her son, Ronald, Sr. (Sharon) Housewright; daughter and caretaker, Robin Sue Rogers and daughter, Debra Michelle Bullington; grandchildren, Jennifer Housewright, Tara Housewright, Ronald Housewright, Jr., Isaac Rogers, Courtney Parker, LeeAnn Bullington, Kimberly Perkins, Katie Bullington, Jamie Bullington, Devin Bullington, and Vanity Davis; thirteen great-grandchildren; and special friends, Cody Flemming, Luke Killian, William Lair, Travis Smith, and Michael Govostis.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 13th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Brian Rhodes officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 14th at Hamblen Memory Gardens for graveside services.
