Patsy E. Moore, 79, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at the Serenity House in Morristown.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Vena (Lee) Ellis; sisters, Wynelle Kemp and Sue Ann Ellis; and brother, Billy Ross Ellis.

Patsy is survived by her spouse of 61 years, William Bradley Moore, Jr.; sons, William Bradley Moore IV and Brian Slade Moore; grandchildren, Logan, Paxton, Isaiah, and Ethan Tyler; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will be receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation, officiated by Rev. Tim Collins. Graveside services are planned for 11 a.m., Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Bethesda Cemetery.
