Hancock Health Department, agencies provide information to new, expecting parents, families
The Hawkins County Health Department and many community partners will host their Annual Baby Shower for expectant parents and families, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, June. 26, at the Hancock County Health Department, located at 222 Public Health Drive in Sneedville.
“Pregnancy is a special and exciting time for women and their families,” Shaun Street, Hancock County Health Director said. “Through our partnerships in the community, the event will provide expecting parents and families information to assist in a healthy pregnancy and the baby’s health after delivery.
Information will be available at the Baby Shower on various health department services.
Those attending will meet representatives of the participating community organizations.
Attendees also will receive tote bags with information and can register for giveaways with the community partners.
