Joe A. Price, age 85, of Bean Station, passed away Monday, February 13, 2023 at his residence.

He was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah “Debi” Shortridge; parents, Calvin and Luna Price; and sister, Joyce Price.

He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Geneva Price; daughter, Patricia Wilder; sisters, Betty Jean Greene, Peggy (William) Mabe, and Judy (J.C.) Green; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 16th at Murrell Cemetery in Hancock County for graveside services with Rev. Terry Dalton and Rev. Kenneth Hopkins officiating.
