Frances Marie Tolliver, age 76 of Talbott, went home to be with The Lord on June 22, 2023. She was a member of Clintview Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James J. and Rosa K. Fox, husband of 50 years, James Franklin Tolliver, Sr., son, James Franklin Tolliver, Jr., and great-granddaughter, Haydee Marie Morgan; brothers, J. Clarence, Henry L., Claude E., and Alvin M. Fox; and sisters, Helen R. France, Carrie M. Stepp, Margaret Shultz, Shirley Smith, Charlotte Trent, and Glenda Wells.

She is survived by her daughter, Angie (Danny) Holbert; grandchildren, Derek (Dusty) Tolliver, Colt Tolliver, Brandon Morgan, and Ryan (Courtney) Morgan; great-grandchildren, Tytan Morgan, Sevaeh Morgan, Hunter, Mailin, Kinley, and Lylah James Tolliver; and sisters, Betty Manning, and Brenda Fox, several nieces and nephews, special friends, Brenda Crittenden, and Barbara Carpenter, as well as many friends and church family.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 5pm until 7pm at Alder Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 11am in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
