General Sessions Court Judge Thomas J. Wright will join Collins Shipley, PLLC, a law firm specializing in Personal Injury, Family Law, Federal and State Criminal Law, Property Management, Estate Planning, and Auto and Truck Accidents on Sept. 1
Wright is set to step down from the bench as of August 31.

“Starting his journey as a judicial law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Tom Hull, Wright’s dedication and passion for the law propelled him to several years of private trial practice. This phase culminated in his selection to establish and lead the office of the Federal Defender in Greeneville, Tennessee. During this time, he exclusively represented the accused in federal trials and appeals, showcasing his dedication to ensuring fair and just legal representation.”
