Deputies: Meth located in the trunk of Loudon man’s car
S
On April 14, Loudon County Deputy Chandler Finch reported that he observed an older gold Nissan SUV enter a parking lot off Tennessee State Route 72 in Loudon.
Finch recognized the male exiting the vehicle as Timothy Eugene Presley. The deputy knew that Presley had his driver’s license previously revoked for a DUI offense. Finch then began a traffic stop with Presley.
Upon confirmation of Presley’s license being revoked and after being given permission to search the vehicle, Finch located 0.5 grams of methamphetamines in a black purse-style bag in the vehicle’s trunk.
Presley was then placed in custody because he was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
