The Morristown Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1494 recently announced its Flight Training Scholarship recipients of 2026.

So far, there have been four scholarships awarded.

Bella Vaught and Gabriela Trujillo both received Chapter scholarships. Ayden Long and Logan Fowler were both awarded the Ray Scholarship.

According to the chapter, these students are ambitious with great flying and learning ahead.

“We look forward to the next possible scholarships for this year and we are eager to see where our current students will go in their aviation journey,” a statement from EAA Chapter 1494 said.

The chapter also thanked supporters and chapter members who contribute to these scholarships through various events, including the monthly breakfasts hosted by the chapter the first Saturday of each month.

The next breakfast will be held on Saturday, July 4 at the Chapter 1494 Hangar located at 349 Piper Street in Morristown.
