Jimmy Lynn Kirkpatrick, 47, was charged Sept. 22 with Domestic Assault.

Tara Kristen Martin, 46, was charged Sept. 22 with Animals Running at Large.

Wade Phillips, 66, was charged Sept. 20 with Domestic Assault and Neglect of an Elderly/Vulnerable Adult.

Ashton M. Chaber, of Mosheim, was charged Sept. 23 with Shoplifting.

Claude D. Day, of Greeneville, was charged Sept. 25 with Driving on a Revoked License.

Shena L. Hale, of Greeneville, was charged Sept. 23 with Public Intoxication.

Derek R. Hughes, of Greeneville, was charged Sept. 23 with Driving on a Suspended License.
