COCKE COUNTY

Cynthia Ayala-Alvarez, 46, was charged August 12 with Domestic Assault.

Bradley William Burgess, 38, was charged August 16 with Aggravated Assault and Reckless Endangerment Involving a Deadly Weapon.

Dennie Joe Duncan, 61, was charged August 14 with two counts of Speeding; and one count each Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Felony Evading Arrest, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Reckless Driving, Felony Reckless Endangerment Using a Vehicle and Driving on a Revoked License.

Michael Eugene Haney, 49, was charged August 14 with Open Container, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Window Tint Violation, Driving on a Suspended License and Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Drugs. Haney was also charged August 15 with Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon.

Darnell Miller, 69, was charged August 16 with DUI.

Dustin Blake Miller, 42, was charged August 17 with Assault Against a Law Enforcement Officer/First Responder/Nurse, Reckless Burning, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Stop/Frisk/Halt/Arrest/Search, Possession of Paraphernalia and Arson. 

Lucas Wade Parton, 19, was charged August 15 with Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Paraphernalia and Driving on a Suspended License.

Joseph Gage Presnell, 22, was charged August 15 with Vandalism Under $500.

Patricia D. Thornton, 59, was charged August 15 with Possession of Schedule II Drugs.

GREENEVILLE

Kyle R. Carpenter, of Greeneville, was charged August 15 with Public Intoxication.

Daniel M. Cisneros, of Greeneville, was charged August 15 with Public Intoxication and Underage Consumption.

Megan E. Coleman, of Greeneville, was charged August 14 with Possession/Casual Exchange of Meth, DUI and Violation of Implied Consent.

William T. Gray, of Greeneville, was charged August 19 with Evading Arrest.

Logan C. Hedrick, of Morristown, was charged August 15 with Driving on a Suspended License and Failure to Wear a Seat Belt.

Timothy J. Ingle, of Greeneville, was charged August 16 with Driving on a Revoked License, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance and Violation of Registration Law.

Jalen Q. Ingram, of Greeneville, was charged August 15 with Public Intoxication.

Brandon Garrett Ledford, of Greeneville, was charged August 14 with Public Intoxication.

Christian A. Turner, of Bulls Gap, was charged August 15 with Public Intoxication.

David A. Denning, 31, of Rogersville, was charged August 20 with Non-Verbal Harassment.

Shannon L. Duckworth, 30, of Morristown, was charged August 20 with Theft of Property.

Kenneth W. Gunter, 39, of Traverse City, was charged August 16 with Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Meth.

Benny L. Helton, 43, of White Pine, was charged August 20 with DUI, Open Container, Improper Lane Use, Possession of a Handgun While Under The Influence, Violation of Stop Sign Law and Violation of Implied Consent.

John M. Martin, 42, of Morristown, was charged August 15 with Aggravated Assault.

Aleica K. Pollard, 61, of Morristown, was charged August 20 with Violation of a Restraining Order.

Florencio A. Ramos, Jr., 21, of Morristown, was charged August 19 with Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance and Violation of Light Law.

David M. Rozier, 42, of Sevierville, was charged August 20 with three counts of Assault.

Jerry D. Brockwell, 62, of Morristown, was charged August 20 with two counts Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance; and one count each Improper Lane Use and Possession of Legend Drugs Without a Prescription.

Kassidy S. Gordon, 26, of Rogersville, was charged August 14 with DUI, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance and Failure to Exercise Due Care.

Darvin E. Gutierrez, 19, of Morristown, was charged August 14 with Reckless Driving, Driving Without a License and Improper Lane Use.

Pedro N. Silva-Ramos, 18, of Morristown, was charged August 21 with Prohibited Purchase/Possession of Tobacco Products by Minors and Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Melody K. Smith, 48, of Morristown, was charged August 19 with Resisting Stop/Arrest and Criminal Trespassing.

Katherine M. Stewart, 29, of Morristown, was charged August 15 with Failure to Obey a Traffic Light, Possession of Paraphernalia, Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of A Controlled Substance and Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of  Meth.

Giniffer A. Stoffer, 45, of Morristown, was charged August 18 with Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Meth and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Mikayla R. Walker, 22, of Morristown, was charged August 18 with Domestic Assault and Vandalism.

Joseph A. Clevenger, 59, was charged August 14 with DUI and Violation of Lane Law.

Curtis Hance, 48, was charged August 19 with Harassment.

Steven Lynn Maxwell, 63, was charged August 18 with Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Driving on Revoked/Suspended License.
