Elliot G. Keyes, 33, of Clinton, was charged Sept. 30 with Violation of Window Tint Law, Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Paraphernalia, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Falsification of Drug Test Results.

Jimmy L. Laws, 43, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 1 with Violation of Sex Offender Registry.

Wade M. Richardson, 38, of Washburn, was charged Sept. 30 with Shoplifting.

Stacy A. Talley, 49, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 1 with Drug Sanction.

Laurena F. Tyler, 21, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 1 with Reckless Endangerment, Possession of a Handgun While Under the Influence, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Stop/Arrest.

MORRISTOWN

Dean A. Johnson, 37, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 2 with Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Stop/Arrest.

Hayden M. Manning, 18, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 1 with Speeding, Open Container, Failure to Obey Traffic Light, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, DUI, Improper Lane Use and Underage Consumption.

Jamie A. Thompson, 30, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 1 with Disorderly Conduct.

Amanda N. Willis, 32, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 1 with Disorderly Conduct.
