An investigation that was the result a cyber tip for child sex abuse material, by the investigator assigned to the ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Task Force has resulted in the arrest of a New Market man. Justin Eric Bersch, age 33 was charged with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and multiple charges of the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry. Bersch is currently being held in the Jefferson County Detention Center
