Merchants Greene Family Medicine, a division of Healthstar Physicians, P.C., is pleased to announce the addition of Amy Epling, FNP-C, to their healthcare team at the Durham Landing location.

She joins an experienced team of providers, including Blake Melling, M.D., Shannon Hancock,M.D., Jeanette Mullane, FNP, and Miranda Beckler, FNP-BC, to provide comprehensive family care to Morristown and the surrounding communities.

Amy Epling is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

A native of Blaine, Tennessee, she earned her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse degree from Lincoln Memorial University and her Registered Nurse degree from Carson-Newman University.Amy brings a diverse background in healthcare, with experience in primary care, pediatrics,cardiovascular surgery, and home health.

Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, pediatrics, and obesity and weight management, with a focus on helping patients manage conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

Dr. Blake Melling shared his enthusiasm for Amy joining the practice, stating, “Amy brings a strong clinical background and a genuine commitment to patient care. We are excited to welcome her to our team and know she will be a great addition for our patients and our community.”

Merchants Greene Family Medicine provides a full scope of family care, treating conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, COPD, asthma, and more, while also offering services in pediatrics, women’s health, and men’s health. Amy Epling, FNP-C, will begin seeing patients on May 1st.
