Melvina Wallace was born September 21, 1940, in Morristown, Tennessee to the late Lee Mac and Viola Collins.

She went home to be with the Lord on Thursday March 26, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her daughter: Evangelist Jaylene Jackson, brothers: Walter L. Collins, Johnny R. Collins, sister: Shirley A. Blevins, special aunt: Barbara Jean Bragg.

Melvina loved the Lord with all her heart and accepted Jesus as her Savior at a young age and from there she became a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory of love, her husband of 58 years, Albert Wallace, sons: Maurice Boseman, Doby (Rita) Boseman, Terrane (Boogie) Wallace. Grandchildren: Curvina Boseman (Naquan Johnson), RaShawn Boseman, Dejay (Deka) Boseman, Jazmyn Boseman, Tyler Wallace, Hunter Wallace and Alisha Boseman. Great Grandchildren: Sanaiah Hampton, Tyrone Owens, Jr., Devin (Diddy) Boseman, Devin Ace Boseman and one Great, great grandson. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
