LeRoy “Bucky” Miller passed away peacefully on December 31st in Roswell, GA at the age of 86.

He was born on October 18th, 1939 to Roy and Anna Miller of Endicott, NY. After high school he served in the Navy aboard the U.S.S Jonas Ingram as a Machinist Mate.

He married his high school sweetheart Laurie Christine Weston and they were married for 61 years at the time of her passing.

They raised three sons: Michael “Mick” Miller, Paul “Dagr” Miller, and Daniel Gilbert Miller (deceased).

Bucky worked at IBM in Endicott in several jobs as a mechanical engineer. He retired after 35 years and he and Laurie moved to Baneberry, TN where they lived for over 25 years.

Bucky worked at the Baneberry Golf Course maintaining their fleet of golf carts. He enjoyed years of playing golf and rooting for the many Tennessee Volunteers sports teams.

The family will hold a private funeral at a future date.
