Vivian Ann Moore, age 84 of Bulls Gap, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 8th, 2026, at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System after a brief illness.

She loved attending Church as long as her health would allow.

She is survived by her daughter, Scarlet (Al) Dale and grandson Hudson Dale. She is also survived by John Moore and family.

Vivian is preceded in death by her parents; Howard and Sue Cooter, husband; Howard Moore, brothers; Jacob and Kenneth Cooter, and sister Betty Pratt, along with a special friend, Dexter Morris. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Oak Grove Freewheel Baptist Church, Greenville Tennessee.
