New Venture: PRM Ventures LLC holds Morristown Chamber Ribbon cutting
B
Just before snow blanketed the Lakeway Area, the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for new member PRM Ventures LLC.
PRM is a holding company founded by owners Paul and Ranay Martin, hence the name, and CEO/President Paul spoke at the ribbon cutting about the services and businesses that fall under the company’s umbrella.
“When Ranay and I decided to form our LLC, we did so with a simple but intentional goal: to build a diversified holding company rooted in East Tennessee values, hard work and long-term commitment to the communities where we serve.”
Three companies form the backbone of the expanding PRM Ventures and include:
AnalogicIT, a managed IT services provider — it offers a blend of traditional and modern technology solutions including IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and business continuity support.
Appalachian Swag & Stitch, a promotional products and custom apparel company — it specializes in custom embroidery, screen printing, branded apparel and promotional merchandise “that helps organizations tell their story through high-quality branded apparel and merchandise.”
Mouse Trap Computers, an online –only retail company focused on computer hardware, accessories and technology solutions — it was created to offer straightforward, reliable technology products without unnecessary complexity and allows PRM Ventures to reach customers well beyond East Tennessee “while maintaining the same commitment to service, transparency, and value that defines all our brands.”
Paul said PRM is going to expand future offerings including professional photography services and a potential opportunity with RadioShack.
Once the deal with the resurging RadioShack brand is finalized, Martin said that PRM will be the “first organization in East Tennessee to align” with the national brand.
Martin spoke to the gathered Chamber business ambassadors and said he’s pleased at the opportunity to run PRM in the Morristown/Hamblen community.
“As we cut this ribbon today, we’re not just opening a business — we’re reaffirming our commitment to Morristown and East Tennessee,” he said. “We’re proud to grow here, serve here and invest here. Thank you.”
