Hubert F. Ward, Sr., age 83, of Bulls Gap passed away on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, at his home.

Hubert was preceded in death by his parents, James Calloway and Annabelle Ward; twin brother, Hobert Ward; sister, Ruth Engle; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Ruby White.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Linda Ward; son, Frankie Ward and wife, Karen; grandchildren, Samuel and Chloe Ward, and numerous extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Christian Sells Funeral Home Rogersville, TN. Masonic funeral rites will be performed by Bulls Gap Lodge No. 764 F. & A.M. prior to the funeral service. Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Larry Miller and Zach Hammond officiating.

Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Hamblen Memory Gardens.

Those who wish to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 A.M. Christian-Sells Funeral Home, Rogersville, TN is honored to serve the Ward family.
