The Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting last week to welcome new business Skyway Wellness to the community.

Skyway Wellness is a health and wellness coaching company owned and operated by Whitesburg native, Sheila Arrington.

Arrington comes back into the community with over 20 years of experience in behavioral and mental health coaching.

Arrington is a Nationally Board Certified health and wellness coach and offers services for lifestyle management, stress management, chronic conditions and substance use disorders.

“I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with twenty years’ experience in health and wellness coaching, behavioral health coaching, and mental health. I have worked with hundreds of individuals in improving their health and quality of life. As a health and wellness coach, I provide guidance, support and accountability to clients as they make positive changes in their lifestyle, behavior and overall well-being. We will work together to identify goals and create a personalized plan to help you achieve those goals,” Arrington said.

Arrington will be hosting a virtual seminar on stress management on Saturday September 16 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. where attendees will be taught strategies to effectively identify and manage stress. There is a $40 registration fee for the seminar.

Arrington will also be launching two programs. Healthy Habits will be available in October and Navigating the Holidays will be available in November.
