Robert (Bob) Roscoe Small Jr. passed away on August 18, 2023, from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. He was a Christian and has gone home. He believed the Lord blessed him with a most wonderful life, family, daughter, and friends!! Per his wishes, no services will be held.
