Robert Kevin Ballard, age 63, of Morristown, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System following a brief illness.

He was of the Baptist faith.

He is preceded in death by his father, Edward John Ballard; mother, Faye Fox Ballard-Pratt; sister, Brenda Pratt; step-father, Harvey Pratt; nephew, Filmore Little; niece, Robin Little.

He is survived by his son, Edward Nathanial Ballard; step-daughter, Nicole Perry and her five children; brother, Edward A. Ballard; sisters, Kayron Ballard, Connie Ballard, Debbie Owenby, Peggy Lilly, Hazel Pratt, and Jeannie Pratt; nieces and nephews, Tony Ballard, Chris Wheeler, Katherine Sutphin, Cody Watts, Della Hanson, Cynthia Howard, and Carrie Fleenor.

A celebration of life service is being planned for a later date.
