Crystal “Christy” Dawn Wilson, age 48, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023 at her residence.

God has gained another angel. Christy was a member of Oak Hills Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Frankie Young; brother, Andrew Young; and grandparents, Lee and Iva Lane and Jack and Cora Young.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Wilson, Sr.; sons, Steven Beets, Hunter Coy, Roger Wilson, Jr., and Curtis Wilson; daughter, Darla (Ray) Proctor; granddaughters, Wenzley and Ella Proctor; mother, Mary (Leroy) Blair; brothers, Michael Blair and Andy McKinney; sisters, Oakland Hensley and Jennifer (Johnny) Rauhuff; aunts, Gertrude May, Grace Hickey, Maude Greenlee, Norene Blair, and Rhonda Branch; uncles, Fred Lane and James (Patty) Lane; and finally her best friend, Mary Ann Scott.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 28th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 29th at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Davis officiating.

Interment will follow at Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery in Rutledge. Pallbearers will be Steven Beets, Hunter Coy, Roger Wilson, Jr., Curtis Wilson, Darla Proctor, and Ray Proctor and honorary pallbearers Johnny Rauhuff and Michael Blair.
