Judy L. Trent, age 81, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

She was saved at an early age and was a lifetime member of Walkers Missionary Baptist Church.

Judy was a precious wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to everyone.

She enjoyed singing, gardening, tending to her many flowers, and spending time with her family. Judy loved attending church and singing for the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Greene; 1 sister and 6 brothers.

Left to cherish her memory, is her loving husband of 59 years, Heiskell Trent; daughters, Teresa Roten (Woodie) and Mary Free (Gary); sons, Danny Trent (Sondra) and Steve Trent; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way; brother-in-law, Dewey Trent (Reba); sister-in-law, Thelma Greene; several nieces, nephews, many friends and neighbors.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 23 from 12-2 p.m. at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral ceremony will follow at 2 p.m., with Rev. Travis Porterfield and Rev. Jamie Vaughn officiating. Music will be provided by Fairview singers and Chris Lawson family. Burial will follow in Gulley Cemetery.
