Renold is pleased to announce their 2023 Employee of the Year; Steve Weems. Steve was nominated by his teammate, Samantha Gibson, for his positivity and values in the workplace. Steve has been with Renold for 34 years, he supports us in multiple departments and exhibits a high skill level in various roles. His Line Manager, Jake Jenkins commented that Steve is his go-to guy whenever he needs anything. He’s always happy to support the business in anyway he can and he maintains an upbeat attitude. Steve is incredibly deserving of this honor, we have all benefited from his dedication over the years.
