Westview Baptist Church was organized on June 1, 1948. The original building was located on Rosedale Avenue. The first Pastor was the late Rev. Clarence Elkins.

In 1959, the present church building located on Lennie Avenue was completed. The late Rev. Caroll Self was Pastor at the time. The first service was held on Sunday November 15, 1959.

On Sunday June 4, 2023 Westview will celebrate it’s 75th year Anniversary. The service will begin at 12:45 a.m, We welcome our former members to join us on this special day. Rev. Travis Webb is the current Pastor.
