William “Bill” Charles Daily, passed away at his home in Cosby, TN on May 11, 2023 at the age of 77. Military graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 3pm in the Hamblen Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Morristown, TN.
