Mona Long, age 60, of Russellville, went to be with the Lord Monday (5/1/23) at Morristown Hamblen Hospital.

She was a member of Midtown Missionary Baptist Church. She was saved as a young child at Maple Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was a beloved mother and wife and brought joy to everyone.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Henegar; mother, Lena Sue Henegar; and brother, Greg Henegar.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Long; son and daughter-in-law, Terence and Islem Long; sisters, Regina Gordon and Paula Collins (Lee); and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Darrell Alder officiating.
