 The body of an unidentified man was found in the Church Hill area of Hawkins County Sunday evening, but no further information is available. According to a press release from Hawkins County Sheriff Ronnie Lawson, at approximately 6 p.m., Sunday, the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office received a call reporting a man’s body over an embankment on Sensabaugh Hollow Road in Church Hill.  Emergency personnel arrived on the scene and found a man dead just off the roadway.   The man’s body was recovered and has been sent to the William Jenkins Forensics Center at the East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City for an autopsy.  The cause of death or the identity of the man has not been determined.  This is an intense ongoing investigation and no other information is available for release at this time.
