Charles Clintion Gulley, age 77, of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at his residence.

Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 24, 2023 from 5pm until 7pm at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services to follow at 7pm with Rev. James Ramsey and Rev. Dustin Epps officiating. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 10am in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
