RUTLEDGE – In the field or at the plate, Brooklyn Copley could do no wrong in Monday’s game against Cumberland Gap.

Copley helped lead Grainger to a 5-0 win over the Claiborne County visitors at The Den by dominating every phase of the game. She went 3-for-3 with three RBIs, a homerun and a triple to help spur the offense. In the circle, she mowed down 12 Lady Panther hitters while only walking one and giving up a single hit.

McKenna Key also left the yard for a solo homerun for Grainger.

The Lady Grizzlies will next be in action March 27 against South Greene.
