Dale Junior Seay, age 74, of Russellville, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 5-7 p.m. in the chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m., with Dr. Larry Parrott officiating.

Graveside/interment services will be Friday, March 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Point Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Newport.
