Ruth Mae Enos Smith, 86, of Whitesburg, TN formerly of Cambridge, OH, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, March 6, 2023, following a brief illness.

She was preceded in death by three of her children; Charles Smith, Kerry Smith and Marjorie Smith; brothers, Jimmy and Kenny of Ohio; parents, Edgar and Ruby Enos; granddaughters, Melissa Smith and an infant grandson.

Ruth is survived by her sons, Virgil Enos (Yvonne) of Dickenson, TX, Dale Smith (Rita) of Whitesburg, TN, Roy Smith of Cambridge, OH; grandson, Brian Smith of the home; sisters, Betty Chicki of Zanesville, OH, Virginia Smith of Akron, OH, and Janet Place of Akron, OH; special step-granddaughter, Kelly Brooks and step-grandson, Ryan Collins (whom she loved both as her own) both of Whitesburg, TN. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 3-4:30 PM, Saturday, March 11, 2023, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 4:30 PM, with Reverend J.R. Hengehold officiating.
