Billy Ray Collins, age 44, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.

The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 22nd at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ralph Turner and Rev. Clyde Harless officiating. Interment will follow at Dalton Cemetery in Bean Station.
