Marilyn Marie Southerland, age 67, passed away Thursday,

January 19, 2023 at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System after a period of declining health.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Southerland and parents Bill and Hazel Light Hill.

Survivors include son, Jimmy McBride (Linda) of Bulls Gap, grandchildren Caleb and Nathan McBride of Bulls Gap, sisters Deborah Jarnagin (David) of Mooresburg, Peggy Diamond of Mooresburg, and brother Billy Hill (Connie) of Newport.

Visitation hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2023 in Broome Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be conducted 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dan Dolen and Rev. Scott Farmer officiating.

Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Hamblen Memory Gardens.
