Herman Kenneth Knight was called to his Heavenly home on Sunday morning, January 8, 2023. He was surrounded by his family.

Herman was born in Parsons, TN. He was a 1962 graduate of White Pine High School. He was a Print Broker and worked in the printing business for over 40 years in Morristown, TN. He and his wife, Sheila Robeson Knight recently celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary on November 13, 2022.

He was an active member of Manley Baptist Church. One of his biggest blessings in life was going to the prayer room on Tuesday nights at Manley with other prayer warriors to pray for other people.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd “Shorty” and Zetta Knight; and his sister, Martha Ann Ball.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Robeson Knight; daughters, Karman and Kendell Knight; brother-in-law, Richard Ball; brother, Jerry Knight; and nephews, Rick (Jennifer) Ball, Gerald Knight, and Justin (Carrie) Knight.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, January 12th at Manley Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. at the church with Dr. Tony Buchanan and Rev. Alan Duncan officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Manley Baptist Church.
