Following its three-peat as TSSAA Division II-A/ AA Dual Wrestling State Champions, Lakeway Christian saw four of its wrestlers appear on the TSWA All-State team on Friday.

Freshman Jonathan Comes (106), senior Samuel Comes (126), junior Trenton Casto (138) and Kaden Dressell (157) were named to the 2025-26 team.

The Lions defeated Boyd Buchanan in the state title match for the second time during its three-peat. It was also the third meeting in four years in the title match, with Boyd Buchanan taking the 2023 matchup, breaking up what would have been five straight titles for the Lions’ program.

Also represented on the All-State team was Jefferson County’s Gabbie Newton (126) in Class AA.
